Common Ground Works Sdn Bhd has formalised a collaborative agreement with IIB Ventures Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB) to develop a RM2.5 million coworking space and operate Common Ground IskandarSpace in Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor opening in January 2022.
